iUSA VPN Not working?

If you may have been working on a remote server recently and are not able to access the server anymore, due to a recent critical windows update which breaks the VPN connection. As we look into the current situation, we advise this solution until we get the VPN to start working: System Restore back till the critical update. Use the following steps to perform a system restore:

  1. Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
  2. Search Control Panel for Recovery.
  3. Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
  4. Choose the restore point that says "Critical Update", and then select Next > Finish.
